Shipping And Handling
We offer free delivery for all UK mainland orders. All orders are shipped using independent couriers. Please note in some cases, deliveries are made by a single driver who may need assistance with larger items so please ensure someone is on hand to receive the goods. Hard to reach places may incur an extra charge to be agreed. For international orders, please contact us for further details.


Delivery Schedule
Taps, air spa kits and bathroom radiators can be delivered within 2 working days.

Whirlpool/air spa orders are made to order and delivered between 2-3 weeks of order date. On receipt of your order, you will receive confirmation of when your bath can be delivered. If this is convenient, the courier information will be passed on to you. If you call the courier company they will be able to inform you of the delivery time.

We advise that you do not book plumbers or fitters until your goods have arrived and have been checked. Luna Spas cannot be held liable for any plumber/fitter/tradesman costs or compensation in any way.


Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Luna Spas reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded item(s) from another manufacturer if the ordered product is out of stock.


Tax Charges
We are VAT registered no: 865 8267 75. All our prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at 20%.


Credit Card Security
Security is probably one of the biggest concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

We use WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, for our online credit card transactions. WorldPay uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data, protecting both the retailers and their shoppers.

All communication between the shopper and WorldPay is encrypted to the maximum strength using SSL security. All communication between the retailer and WorldPay, including the details of the purchase, are encapsulated using an encrypted and digitally-signed protocol; this uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.


Guarantee
Luna Spas guarantees your satisfaction and value for money from our carefully-selected product ranges. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantees are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All items have been professionally fitted in accordance with the instructions and to good plumbing practice(s).

  • The products have been looked after and maintained in accordance with any manufacturer’s instructions.

  • If any of the products have been misused, modified, neglected, wilfully or accidentally damaged, the guarantee is invalid.


  • In any event of a guarantee claim, the liability of Luna Spas is limited only to the product supplied. It does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from a defective product(s). The guarantee is only applicable for the purchaser and is not transferrable.

    Privacy Policy
    Luna Spas do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

    Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn on cookies within your browser by going to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and selecting a medium-to-low privacy setting. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.


    Returns Policy
    Always double check all dimensions before ordering. Please INSPECT YOUR ITEMS FULLY UPON ARRIVAL for visible transit damage before signing for them, as ‘NOT CHECKED’ signing is not acceptable. In the event of a problem with any of our products, we will arrange for the collection and rectify or replace defects/faulty items. Any unwanted returned items, unless otherwise agreed, will incur a 35% re-stocking fee. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

    Cancellation

    Cancellation Policy for 'Made to Order' products. The tranquility, whirlpool and airspa baths are individual bespoke items made to specific requirements. If you decided to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We may therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We are unable to refund 'Made to Order' products once they have been built and despatched.
