We offer free delivery for all UK mainland orders, with no surcharges for hard to reach places. Our dedicated delivery team will transport your order directly from our Blackburn workshop to your home, ensuring minimal handling and reducing the risk of damage. We prioritise careful handling and packaging to guarantee your whirlpool bath arrives in perfect condition.

To optimise delivery efficiency, we often group orders into specific regions. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times of 3-4 weeks, please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and offer flexible delivery options, including specific dates, prioritising, scheduling, and order holds.

We also accept international orders, but please note that shipping outside the UK may incur additional costs, including crating.

We're so confident in the quality of our products that we offer free returns on all our baths. If you're not completely satisfied, simply let us know, and we'll arrange for a free collection and refund you 100% of the purchase price. Please note that the bath must be uninstalled and unused to qualify for a 100% refund.
