Shipping & Handling
- Free UK Mainland Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK mainland.
- Delivery Times: Whirlpool baths typically take 3-4 weeks to build and dispatch, subject to current workshop demand.
- International Shipping: For orders outside the UK mainland, please contact us for bespoke shipping rates and logistics.
- Inspection on Delivery: Please ensure a responsible adult is available to receive and inspect your order. Any external damage to packaging should be noted at the point of signing.
- Backorders: If a specific component is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to offer a backorder or a suitable alternative.
Returns & Refunds
Free Returns: We offer free returns on unused and uninstalled whirlpool baths. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: Please report any damage or manufacturing defects immediately upon discovery. We will prioritise a repair or arrange a full replacement.
Cancellation Policy: Because our whirlpool baths are built to your unique specifications (bespoke), cancellations made after production has started may incur a restocking or material fee.
